Hi, my name is Sam.

I offer a person-centred approach to help navigate through trauma, disability, grief and anxiety. 


I work alongside individuals to re-find their sense of self after events or changes in circumstances, whether that be loss, diagnosis, retirement, period of change or a specific event.

I specialise in addressing the unique challenges of trauma, anxiety, grief and disability.

I am a BACP registered counselling practitioner with years of experience in trauma-informed counselling in NHS primary care, charity and private settings. Within counselling I like to prioritise your individual needs and pacing, and offer as much flexibility as possible. 

Face to face counselling/supervision available on Mondays and Wednesdays at Emerald Therapy Services 3A Cestrian Court Hoole, Chester CH3AD

Remote counselling/supervision via phone or video call available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Pricing:

Counselling: £60

Clinical Supervision: £60

Group Supervision: £25 per person 

We do offer concessionary rates where possible

Qualifications

Level 4 Diploma in Counselling skills and theory.

AIM Qualifications Level 3 Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills.

Chrysalis Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills Cert Hyp CS.

Foundation Diploma in Personal Nutrition.
